Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you’ll love your L’ange Vivant pieces. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the return.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info.langevivant@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
